Check the following
- Make sure that you have compressed a folder that contains the subfolders 001, 002, 003… that correspond to each article. NOT directly the article folders 001, 002, 003…
- Make sure that the article folders are consecutively named 001, 002, 003…
- Make sure that there is no other file apart from these article folder names and the cover_thumb.png image.
